Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree + 2 years of relevant audit/finance experience
• Master’s degree + 1 year of relevant experience
• Without a degree (via IAP route): 5 years of verified internal audit experience
• CPA, CA, CISA holders may qualify through an accelerated pathway

Exam Format

3 exam parts

• Each exam: 2.5 hours
• Question type: MCQs (100–125 per part)
• Passing Score: 600/750 (scaled score)

Exam Body & Registration

• Administered by IIA (Institute of Internal Auditors, USA)
• Conducted at Pearson VUE centers worldwide
